Health Data Privacy Policy

What MiniMedi is. MiniMedi (HoneyMedi LLC) is a personal health record keeper. You enter and upload your own family's health information; we store it so you can view it, print it, and share it when you choose. Copies in MiniMedi are not provider-certified medical records.

What we collect. Account details (name, email), the health records you enter (conditions, medications, allergies, visits, documents you upload), and an activity log of account actions for security.

Consent. We collect health data only after your explicit opt-in consent at sign-up. You may withdraw consent at any time in Privacy Controls; withdrawing stops further collection and signs you out until you re-consent or delete your data.

Sharing. We never sell health data and never share it with advertisers or analytics providers — MiniMedi runs no third-party analytics or ad software. The only sharing is done by you: expiring, revocable links you create, and emails you ask us to send.

Security. Passwords are hashed (Argon2id/bcrypt). Uploaded files are stored outside the public web folder and encrypted at rest. Share links store only a hash of the link token. Connections in production are over HTTPS.

Your rights. You can view, export (JSON), and permanently delete your data, and withdraw consent, from Privacy Controls at any time.
